No. Sweet Love Recovery & Support provides non-medical support and does not replace physicians, nurses, physical therapists, mental health professionals, or other licensed healthcare providers.
Our team does not diagnose medical conditions, provide medical treatment, administer medication, change dressings, perform nursing procedures, provide physical therapy, or offer emergency medical services.
Our services are designed for adults who may need additional non-medical support while recovering from surgery, illness, or injury; adjusting to aging or reduced mobility; experiencing grief or a major life transition; or managing everyday responsibilities during a challenging period.
We also provide caregiver relief and practical support for families who need dependable assistance for a loved one.
Clients or their authorized representatives may request a consultation by completing the website inquiry form, calling the company, or sending an email.
During the initial consultation, we will discuss the client’s needs, preferred schedule, home environment, requested services, mobility considerations, safety concerns, and goals.
If our services are appropriate for the client, we will complete the intake process and prepare a personalized service plan.
Before services begin, the client or responsible party will review and sign all required agreements, policies, authorizations, and payment documents.
Services are scheduled in advance and are based on availability.
Clients may request one-time, short-term, recurring, or extended support depending on their needs and the service options currently offered.
Same-day or short-notice requests may be considered, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
Whenever possible, clients should schedule services before a planned surgery, medical appointment, hospital discharge, or other major transition.
Every client’s needs, routines, preferences, abilities, and recovery goals are different.
During the consultation and intake process, we learn about the client’s requested services, daily routine, mobility, food preferences, home environment, family involvement, comfort level, and instructions provided by licensed healthcare professionals.
Using this information, we create an individualized non-medical service plan.
We can support the client in following written instructions provided by licensed healthcare professionals when those instructions involve approved, non-medical tasks.
We do not interpret medical instructions or perform tasks that require a medical or professional license.
Service rates, payment schedules, accepted payment methods, deposits, and any additional approved charges will be explained before services begin.
Clients or responsible parties will receive a written service agreement or financial policy describing their payment responsibilities.
Clients should notify Sweet Love Recovery & Support as soon as possible when a scheduled visit must be canceled or changed.
The company’s required cancellation-notice period and any applicable late-cancellation or missed-visit charge will be stated in the client’s signed service agreement.
